House Rules :
1. The main gate closes at 10.30 PM at night. So be sure you are in before the mentioned time.
2. Alcohol, Parties, and Loud music are not allowed inside the apartment.
3.Smoking is allowed, but request to smoke in balcony.
4.Foodpanda is allowed in the property.
5. Please do not throw anything from the balcony or window.
6. The lift remains closed from 2 pm to 3 pm daily.
7. Please use the place as your own and keep it clean as much as you can when checking out.
8. Please turn off AC, Fan, and Light when checking out for saving the environment.
9.Incase of any major damage to the property, you have to pay compensation.
