Please note the following house rules:

★ Same day check-in and check-out is strictly prohibited. Movement is restricted after 10:30 PM. For emergency such as flights we are flexible but it MUST be notified to host during booking.
★ Alcohol, drugs, smoking, firearms, parties, get-togethers and celebrations inside the apartment are forbidden.
★ No visitors, fights, or arguments while staying at the apartment. Illegal or unethical activities are not allowed such as prostitution.
★ We offer an inclusive and safe environment. So do not discriminate against race, gender, marital status, religion. Please avoid discriminating neighbors and staffs and report to us immediately if you face any.
★ No illegal, anti religion, anti government, extremist activities inside the property.
★This is a Travela property please be mindful and respectful of the place and neighbors. If you cause any damage please report to us immediately and resolve amicably to avoid fines. Kitchen amenities but be washed after use, and the apartment must be left clean upon checkout. NO EATING on the beds.

To avoid environmental hazards and electrical issues, please switch off all electrical power switches before leave the room or when not in use.
