💠All the guests must provide a copy of their NID or passport when they check in 🪪 ✅.

NOTE: For the security of all guests, the shared space is under CCTV coverage. we have assigned staff who will assist with the check-in and assist with anything you need during your stay.


Please note the following house rules:

★ Same-day check-in and check-out are strictly prohibited. Movement is restricted after 10:30 PM. For emergencies such as flights we are flexible but it MUST be notified to the host during booking.
★ Alcohol, drugs, smoking, firearms, parties, get-togethers, and celebrations inside the apartment are forbidden.
★ No visitors, fights, or arguments while sharing the apartment. Illegal or unethical activities are not allowed such as prostitution.
★ We offer an inclusive and safe environment. So do not discriminate against race, gender, marital status, or religion. Please avoid discriminating against other guests and staff and report to us immediately if you face any.
★ No illegal, anti-religion, anti-government, or extremist activities inside the property.

★This is a Travela property please be mindful and respectful of the place and other guests. If you cause any damage please report it to us immediately and resolve it amicably to avoid fines. Kitchen amenities but be washed after use and the apartment must be left clean upon check-in. NO EATING inside the bedrooms.

REMARKS :
Every guest must provide a Smart card /Passport copy when they check-in
N.B. - we do not allow old NID cards or birth certificates.

To avoid environmental hazards and electrical issues, please switch off all electrical power switches before leaving the room or when not in use.
