★Must rules for couples - (Couples are allowed only if they can maintain those rules):

1. Unmarried couples will have to check in and check out separately (a 2-3 minutes of gap/interval would do). Guests will not face any issues or hassle during entry or exit, no one will ask you anything. And there's absolutely no issues with safety and security.
(This rule can be compromised if the guests are not okay with it).

2. This building is an office space. Every floor has offices. So during your stay Absolutely No loud unpleasant (intimate) or inappropriate sounds or manners, any kind of loud noises or song playing is strictly prohibited at all times.


★Here are the property regulations and policies. Only book if you AGREE to the rules -

*★ No check in before 12.30PM and have to check out the next day within 8AM - 10.30AM(Max).*

*★ No going out or no entry between 11PM to 8AM. Gate will be closed at 11PM and opened at 8AM.*

*★ Lift remains off between 2-3 pm. and is permanently closed at 10PM.*

*★ You have to give a minimum amount of fine(50%) if you break or impair anything, and also produce any permanent stain to the bedsheets.*

*★ You can't stay in the common space if you take only one room. You can just use the kitchen, microwave, dining and the water filter.*

*★ Third Party Booking, Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking In the room, Shouting is fully forbidden.*

*★ No visitors and professional photography allowed without permission for security concerns.*

*★Authority can cancel the reservation any time for any inconveniences. In this case full payment will be refunded.*
