✅Married / Unmarried Couple Allowed But Every Person Need to show NID or PASSPORT photocopy with an Individual Photo. (Birth Certificates allow করছি না আপাতত, পেমেন্ট করে "NID" নেই/ বাসায় রেখে আসছি/সাথে নেই/ম্যানেজ করেন/ University ID card দিচ্ছি/সবাই তো নিচ্ছে আপনারাও নিন-- kindly এসব বলা থেকে বিরত থাকবেন, তখন টাকা আর রিফান্ড হবে না, আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি নেই।)

পেমেন্ট করার পর একটা whatsapp নাম্বার পাবেন, ওই নাম্বারে NiDর back and Front part ২জনের পিকচার তুলে সেন্ড করে দিবেন। সামনাসামনি এসে দেওয়ার আমাদের কোনো system nai ✅ ⚫(কিন্তু যদি আপনি এসি রুম বুকিং করে থাকেন তাহলে অবশ্যই এসি অফ করে smoke করবেন, জানালা খোলা রেখে, এসি অন করে smoking করাই যাবে না। যদি এই কাজটি গোপনে করে থাকেন, তা যদি আমাদের চোখে পড়ে যায় তাহলে আপনার বিরুদ্ধে ব্যবস্থা নেয়া হবে এবং জরিমানা করা হবে। বেলকনিতে যাওয়া একদমই নিষেধ, বেলকনি লক থাকবেই, দয়া করে লক এ প্রেস করবেন না বারবার। previous Experience থেকে এই নিয়ম চালু করেছি, আশা করবো আপনি আমাদের এই ব্যাপারে সম্মতি দিয়ে পাশে থাকবেন।)

❌100% সোবার এবং সুস্থ হয়ে বাসায় প্রবেশ করবেন, বাসাএ ভেতরে অসুস্থ হয়ে গেলে বা কোন সমস্যা হলে ইমিডিয়েটলি লিভ করতে হবে, রিফানড হবে না। আপনাকে দেখে সন্দেহ হলেও আপনি প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন না।

আপনার পারসোনাল সুন্দর মুহুর্ত আপনাদের রুম এই রাখবেন। এই বিষয় এ কোন কম্পলেইন আসবে না আশা করছি(আপনারা সবাই adult, আশা করছি বুঝতে পেরেছেন)

❌আমি না বুঝে পেমেন্ট করেছি, আমি নোটিশ করি নাই, কই যাবো, কি করবো? - দয়া করে এসব কথা বলে আমাদের সময় নষ্ট করবেন না।

যারা পেমেন্ট করে বুকিং করবেন, তারাই আসতে পারবেন। অন্য কারো বুকিং আপনি করে দিলে সেটা আমরা গ্রহণ করবো না।

If you carry any bag/luggage or anything like that during your check-in time, we will definitely check it. We hope you will help us in this matter.
❌ Taking selfies shooting, or posting videos is not allowed. If any of your pictures or videos compromise our identity or Space description we will take action.
❌ As you are using a space, Kindly Don't break, steal, or misuse any furniture or property.
❌ Only Allowed persons will be able to check in, no request will be accepted at the time of check-in
parking available. If you bring a car/bike you will have to pay extra for it. 200 taka for bike, 250 taka for car. This amount is not included in Travela's expenses. You will pay this amount to our personal caretaker.
