All the guests must provide a copy of their NID or passport when they check in✅.
Kindly email or WhatsApp your ID in advance for guard identification. This is required for all guests, except children under 18 with parents. We appreciate your cooperation.

⚠️⚠️Extra guest (more than three people) is not allowed without prior approval, which may lead to a penalty of BDT 10,000 per night per person. We charge extra per night for each guest after three heads (please check additional charges in the pricing section), and guests must notice it through Travela Inbox. Without any pre-approval, guest access may be blocked by the caretaker. ⚠️⚠️
⚠️⚠️ The host will charge compensation from the guest if there is any damage to the property or items during their stay. ⚠️⚠️

❎Not Allowed: -
❌Overnight visitors are not allowed without prior host approval. The apartment is for travelers only and unsuitable for gatherings or hangouts.
❌We do not allow local or non-resident Bangladeshi couples without marital relationships; however, this does not apply to foreigners. The neighbors are conservative, and we must respect their social values.
❌ Maid is not allowed in the apartment. In any exceptional case, they can stay, and the guest is requested to arrange their appropriate bedding and pillow. We don't have any extra bedding for any maid.

🧿 Guests must use appropriate bins/trash to drop waste and leftovers.
🧿 A cleaning charge of BDT 2,000 for removing waste from floor areas and for any cleaning request in less than 48 hours. The housekeeper will clean the apartment after two days.
🟢 Smoking is allowed on balconies only, not in the apartment or the complex's common space.
