Our Terms & Conditions:

 If guests keep their cash money and valuable goods in their possession or do not deposit the same against a proper receipt for the Hotel Manager or Front Desk in charge, Hotel Authority will not be responsible for any kinds of missing or damage.
 Though we do not check the baggage and body of our guest, we are not responsible for any kind of illegal activities or goods of guests in hotel premises.
 Pets are not allowed in the room.
 If any guests provide fake information about him or his spouse they should be punished, the hotel authority of the Hotel is not responsible for this case.
  You have to pay Tk. 2,000/- for the damage or loss of the key card of the room as penalty.
  If any guest destroys any furniture and fixtures (such as TV, Fridge, AC etc.) of his room, then he/she will be bound to pay the compensation for this.
