House rules:
★ Same-day check-in and check-out are strictly prohibited. Movement is restricted after 11:00 PM. For emergencies such as flights we are flexible but they MUST be notified to the host during booking.

★ Alcohol, drugs, smoking, firearms, parties, get-togethers, and celebrations inside the apartment are forbidden.

★ No visitors, fights, or arguments while sharing the apartment. Illegal or unethical activities are not allowed such as prostitution.

★ We offer an inclusive and safe environment. So do not discriminate against race, gender, marital status, or religion. Please avoid discriminating against other guests and staff and report to us immediately if you face any.

★ No illegal, anti-religion, anti-government, or extremist activities inside the property.

★ The service lift will be closed from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily for maintenance purposes.

★ Please be mindful and respectful of the place and other guests. If you cause any damage, please report to us immediately and resolve amicably to avoid fines.
